M3, Inc was created by Shane and Stefanie Marshall in 1998. The goal was to continue the family's masonry legacy. If you see a brick building, brick paving, a stone wall or a brick house in Charlottesville, chances are a Marshall laid the brick or stone.
Our History
As a third-generation mason, Shane Marshall has established a reputation for providing only the highest quality workmanship. This, coupled with his wife and co-founder, Stefanie Marshall's innovative thinking, has accounted for the success of M3, over the years.
M3, Inc. is also a Class A General Contractor offering a full range of general contracting services from custom-built homes to remodels throughout Charlottesville, Albemarle, and the surrounding Central Virginia cities/counties.
We specialize in brick, block, and stone craftmanship, as well as residential custom builds, renovations, and remodeling. From bricklayers to executive staff, we are united in our goals to provide a safe and rewarding environment for all; a quality product to our customers; and a determination to foster the growth of our company and the people who contribute to its success.
